Q: How do I change my currency on my storefront?

You can set your storefront to whatever currency you like – it’s up to you how you want your customers to pay you. However, please note that POPCUSTOMS is only able to charge you in USD. If your bank account and any other payment accounts like PayPal are set in any other currency, the charges will be processed in accordance with the exchange rate provided by your payment account.

You also have some currency options (USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, CAD, JPY, SGD) when you sync products from our site to your store.

Here’s how you can change the currency for your store:

In your POPCUSTOMS dashboard, go to Stores -> Settings ⚙ -> Sync settings -> Currency ->Confirm

 

Important things to remember:

① Ensure that you have set your store currency to the currency that you want to use.

② Make sure that you add enough profit to the product when you set the retail price in your store.

For example, one pair of canvas shoes is $16.99 + $10 shipping cost. If you want to sell the product at  $34.99, and your profit is $8.

③ The currency exchange rate between different currencies is updated manually from our side, please confirm it carefully from your end as well when you use it.
