AI-generated images are digital content created by algorithms. Results may vary due to input materials, parameter settings, and model characteristics, and may involve randomness and uncertainty.

Users must ensure that uploaded materials meet platform requirements, including but not limited to: sufficient resolution, clear subject, minimal obstruction, and appropriate angles.

3. Eligible Refund Conditions

Users may request a refund when using the above templates under the following circumstances:

Unsatisfactory Results (Functional Issues)

  • Output significantly deviates from expected results
  • Generated result does not match the core function of the selected template
  • Subject (e.g., person or pet) cannot be properly recognized
  • Obvious defects such as distortion or missing key elements

System or Model Errors

  • Repeated generation failures
  • Failure to generate images
  • System errors resulting in unusable outputs

Billing Issues

  • Duplicate charges or abnormal billing

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Poor results caused by user-uploaded materials (e.g., low quality, obstruction, improper angles)
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference or aesthetic judgment
  • Results falling within a reasonable range of the provided examples
  • Images generated in free mode
  • Images that have been downloaded in bulk or used for commercial purposes

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after generation
  • Users must provide:

  • The platform will review requests within 1–3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or credited to the user’s account balance
