1: Our office team are going to have a holiday from Sept 29th to Oct 6th. (8 days total)
Our customer service team is on duty 24 hours, and will check the INQ from time to time during the holiday. But there may still be a delayed response, please wait more a while. Thanks for understanding!
2: Then you can place orders as normal, we’ll manage it!
Please note that the Factory and the Shipping Company will be on vacation for 5 days (Sept 29-0ct 3), so orders placed between Sept 26 and Oct 2 will be delayed by 3-6 days. Please note and infrom to your customers!
3: In the meantime ,we can send the Tracking Number first to you for order verification ! ( Pease ask for the request, and we’ll send / update immediately. )
