Q: How to download the product data?
To download the product data, you have to design a product first. Find the design in My Designs and click the Bulk actions -> Download mockups to download the product data including the images, or you can choose Export designs (CSV) to download the product file only.
Q: How to cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please go to Dashboard -> Orders to find it and press the Cancel Order button before payment.

Q: How does POPCUSTOMS calculate the shipping cost for orders with several different products?
The highest “First” item shipping fee will be taken as a base, then plus other items’ “Next” shipping fee as a total. For example, two pairs of Men’s RUNNING SHOES and one pair of SOCKS shipped to Mexico by Standard shipping, the product prices are $25.49 and $8.19 and the Standard shipping fees are as below,

As a POPCUSTOMS user, you can connect your online store to POPCUSTOMS and set up your own shipping rate for your customers on your storefront. There are some tips for your reference,
1. Add a certain percentage of profit to the shipping rate to avoid a loss caused when the shipping rate is increasing.
2. Check our shipping rate from time to time so you can make a change when there are any updates.
Q: What does it means you don’t have the discount?
① Because your order has to be deducted from the 4% transaction fee paid to the Paypal team.
② You must insure that all orders are only paid by Paypal and not by credit card because if it is a black card or someone asks us for a refund on the grounds of an operation error, the money should be returned.
Q: How to track an order?
We suggest you use 17 TRACK https://www.17track.net/en to track your orders, you are allowed to choose a shipping carrier like DHL/FEDEX/UPS/USPS/CANADA POST ect., or you can go to the shipping carrier’s official site to track your orders, here is a list for your reference:

Q: How long does normal orders & fulfillment take?
A: Generally, it takes 3-5 business days to produce and fulfill an order. Due to different production techniques of different products, the actual production time shall prevail. For new arrivals, they must take a longer time than expected to be fulfilled, please understand that.
Q: Can I cancel my membership after I purchase it?
