📢Notice on Production and Shipment for Labor Day Holiday

We would like to inform you of our upcoming holiday schedule for the Labor Day holiday:

We are on vacation from May 1st to May 5th. During this time, our customer service team will be on duty 24 hours, but there may be delays in response times. Your patience is appreciated! (Messenger/Facebook/lnstagram)

Please note that our factories and shipping partners will also observe the holiday. Orders may be delayed by 2 days. Orders placed after April 26th may experience a delay, please note. There is a 1 day delay for standard shipping pickups and a 5 day delay for express shipping pickups. (Please check out the chart below for specific information.)

Orders can still be placed as usual, and we will process them on time.

Go to Dashboard – Orders, click the Details button to change the display way of your orders first. Click the “Unpaid” or “In production” tab and you can find a Premium Product Visuals Service button under every order. Click the button to submit your request. For example,

You are also able to choose this service when you place orders via the shopping cart directly.

After clicking the Premium Product Visuals Service button, you’ll see various visual templates with different aspect ratios from which you can choose. You can also upload your logo image and we’ll add your logo to your videos or photos.

After you pay for this service for your orders, we’ll complete the videos or photos once we fulfill the order and send an email to you. You are able to download the visual resources by clicking the “Go to downloads” button in the email. Please don’t forget to leave your review if you are satisfied with the service or if you have any feedback about it. Thanks a lot!

Q: Can I get a discount for the premium product visuals service?
