① Regarding the measurement of our clothing products, the measurement is taken from the underarm, not the bust.

② There are 9 products have been updated size chart, please note the change.

③ For clothing products, we will measure again and update the measurement data, and we’re planning to exlarge all clothing sizes to 5XL and 6XL, will inform when completed! Please note .
④ It’s okay if you don’t feel the need to update your sizing.
When your guests ask questions about the product size, you can teach them how to measure it.
According to the feedback we received, only 2% of our customers have this feedback so far. However, we still recommend that you update the size chart or add a note in the product description.

Coupons can be used for all products excluding brandings.

Nope. One coupon can be only used for one order and different coupons cannot be used together for an order payment.

Q: How long is my coupon valid?

The coupon must be used within 3 months after we send it, otherwise, it will be cleared automatically. Since we often do different product promotions, coupons will expire when the promotion ends.

Q: How long is my coupon valid?

The coupon code is valid until May 12, 2024. The code can be used for manual orders only and can’t be exchanged for money, used multiple times, or combined with other coupons.

Q: Can I share, recommend, or comment on more different platforms to get more coupons?

Yes, you can! But each coupon can only be used in one order, and cannot be changed for cash, or combined with other coupons.

Q: How will I get a coupon?

Share, Recommend, or Comment for POPCUSTOMS and upload a screenshot & site or products link to apply and we’ll check the content quality. When we agree with it, you’ll receive a $3.00- $10.00 Coupon in your account, the amount is related to the content quality.

Q: What if I already sell these products in my store?

If you already sell all these products, then just create new designs for 1 of these 12 products and add it to your store, you still can get this $3.00 coupon. But if there are still some products you have not created, you must create a new product to get a coupon.
