1: Returned Canada Orders will be shipped out today/ tomorrow.
2: Hold on Canada Orders will be produced and shipped out as usual.
3: If any Canada Orders is affected by delays caused by the Canada Post strike ask for a Refund , please inform us ASAP and we’ll refund the shipping costs. (preferably within this week)

Additionally, please be aware that our New Year’s holiday will be just one day, and it will not have a significant impact on our order fulfillment process. You can still place orders as usual.

‼️Important Size Chart Update for Winter Clogs

Dear Partners,

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the size chart for our Adults Black Warm House Clog Winter Fur Lined Garden Slippers and Adults White Warm House Clog Winter Fur Lined Garden Slippers.

While the US/EU sizes remain unchanged, the cm measurements have been adjusted. Considering these clogs are lined with fur, the original measurements might result in a less comfortable fit for some buyers. To address this, we have made adjustments to ensure a better fit.

If you have synced these products to your store, please update the size chart in your store accordingly to ensure your customers have the correct information for their purchase.

❗❗Important Notice on Copyrighted Designs & Logos and Canada Post Update

Dear Partners,

Please be advised that we do not support the production of any products with infringing designs or logos. If you submit an order with such designs, we will notify you before production begins to cancel the order and will process a refund.

In the event that a copyright-related order is not detected by us and is accidentally processed, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise, such as the package being held by customs. Furthermore, we do not offer refunds or free replacements if your copyright-related order is seized, destroyed, or delayed by customs authorities.

If you choose to use your own shipping account, we can proceed with production. However, any copyright-related issues, including customs complications, will be your responsibility.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that the Canada Post strike ended on December 17. However, shipping carriers are still arranging and adjusting flights. We anticipate resuming shipments to Canada by December 21, and previously held orders will be gradually shipped out.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that all designs and logos comply with copyright laws. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.

POPCUSTOMS Policy on Copyrighted Designs and Logos

At POPCUSTOMS, we are committed to adhering to copyright laws and ethical business practices. In order to maintain compliance and protect the interests of our customers and business, we have outlined the following guidelines regarding copyright designs and logos:

A. No Support for Copyrighted Orders

We do not support the fulfillment of orders that involve copyrighted designs or logos. Additionally, we do not encourage users to create or upload copyrighted content on our platform. If we detect a copyrighted order before production, we will notify you to cancel the order and will process a full refund.

B. Responsibility for Undetected Copyrighted Orders

In the event that a copyright-related order is not detected by us and is accidentally processed, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise, such as the package being held by customs. Furthermore, we do not offer refunds or free replacements if your copyright-related order is seized, destroyed, or delayed by customs authorities.

C. Use of Your Own Shipping Account

If you have your own shipping account, we can fulfill and ship copyright-related orders using your shipping account. Please note, however, that using your own shipping account means you are responsible for any potential copyright-related issues, including customs problems, which rests with you.

Q: How to update the design after the product is synced to the store?

Use our Edit design feature to update your design in a second at POPCUSTOMS. If the product has synced to your store, make sure that the design has been updated as well in your store.

There are two steps to make it happen,

Step 1: Edit design at POPCUSTOMS

Step 2: Update product design in your store

Following the steps below,

Step 1: Edit design at POPCUSTOMS

Go to Dashboard – My Designs to find the design, and click the Edit design icon to edit it as needed.

After editing, please click the Update button to update this design successfully.

Step 2: Update product design in your store

If this design has been synced to your store, the store will be listed and shown up in a pop-up window.

Click the store link in the pop-up to update this design in your store directly so your customers will see and choose the correct design when they purchase in your store.

Click Edit, and scroll down to find the Mockups. Uncheck the old mockups with the previous design, and then check the updated mockups. Finally, click Confirm to update them in your store successfully.

Finally, go to your store to find this product’s listing and check whether the mockups are updated successfully or not.

📢❗Important Shipping Update for Orders to Canada

Dear Friends/ Partners,

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, our preferred standard shipping method (Yanwen) will be unavailable, which may result in higher shipping costs for orders to Canada. Additionally, some addresses will require express shipping, which comes with additional fees. If your order is affected, we will reach out to you for confirmation before shipment.

With the holiday season approaching, we suggest you to plan ahead and place your orders early to avoid any potential shipping delay.

📢❗Important Holiday Shipping and Rate Update

As the holiday season approaches, we want to help you plan ahead for your orders.

Shipping Cut-Off Dates for Christmas and New Year:

Christmas:

  • Standard Shipping: Place orders by December 7th
  • Express Shipping: Place orders by December 15th

New Year:

  • Standard Shipping: Place orders by December 12th
  • Express Shipping: Place orders by December 20th

Please note that our production schedules will remain unaffected during the Christmas and New Year periods. Your orders will be fulfilled promptly as usual.

Q4 Shipping Rate Adjustment:
Due to increased demand during the peak season, shipping companies have raised their shipping fees. Starting November 24th, shipping costs for all products on our website will increase by $2.2–$3.8, depending on the weight.

We suggest you to review the updated rates and adjust your store pricing accordingly to maintain your profit margins.

When you use our POPCOMMERCE service to set up your own store, the domain name will be [your store name].popcustoms.me by default.

To use your own domain name, please go to the domain name service provider in which you purchased the domain name, set up your domain name DNS; Create a CNAME record, the Hostname is @ (try * if @ doesn’t work), and the value is popcustoms.shop

Here is an example of DNS and CNAME settings for domains purchased from Google,
