Yes. If you delete your custom mockup template, then the corresponding mockups that have been created and applied to the product will be deleted as well. But the original mockups will be kept.

Q: Where can I access the Mockup Editor?
1. Pick a product to design and you’ll see the Custom mockups button after saving your design.
2. Go to Dashboard – My Designs – Mockup Templates – Add new templates
3. Go to Dashboard – My Designs – ⁝ – Custom mockups
4. Go to Dashboard – My Designs to find the design, click the photo of the design and go to the design detail page.
Click ⁝ to find Custom mockups button to get started.
Q: If I update the branding, will the branding on the created and saved mockup templates be synchronized and updated?
If you have added your branding items to your custom mockups, for example, a greeting card with promotion info, you have to edit the branding in the mockup manually once you make any changes to the branding.
Q: Can my custom mockup templates be applied to all designs of the same product?
Sure thing. Go to My Designs – Mockup Templates to find all your custom mockup templates, and click Manage to apply your custom mockup to other designs of the product.
Q: Is the Mockup Editor free to use?
Yes, it is free to use. We’ll keep updating Scenes, Promo Labels, and Props from time to time.
Q: Tiktok Orders to PopCustoms Site and Production
Option 1 :
Orders created through the TikTok shop need to be fulfilled on the Orders page in Shopify, then Shopify sync orders to POP. Then the IT department only needs to test Shopify’s synchronized order process, the customer downloads the tracking number to TikTok Shop.
Option 2 :
If you have any third-party order management app connected to your TikTok shop, like orderdesk or shipstation. Please contact us at busienss@popcustoms.com with details and we’ll test on our end.
Option 3 :
If no any third-party order management app is connected, POP thinks we’ll have to go for TikTok shop API.
TikTok shop has a seller developer which is just for your shop.

please follow this guide to create a seller developer account for us. It’s required to provide the company information and seller verification, so, it’ll be easier for you to create the account.

Dear Partners,
We have recently updated the sizes for some of our apparel products.
If you have synced these products from our site, please note that the sizes mentioned in the form that have been discontinued will no longer produce, so please make sure you delete the corresponding SKUs to ensure the smooth production of your order. For new sizes added, please manually add the corresponding SKUs to your store and update the size chart.
If you have synchronized a product in this form and you have not yet done any marketing. The fastest way is to remove this product from your store and re-sync it.
This adjustment is necessary to ensure smooth and accurate order processing for your future orders. Failure to update these may result in production issues.
