🧨🧨POPCUSTOMS Chinese New Year Order Cut-Off Notice for 2026❗❗

Dear Partners/ Friends,

As the Chinese New Year approaches, please note the following important details regarding order fulfillment and customer service:

Order Cut-off and Shipping:
Orders paid before February 7th: Except for shoes and cups, all other products ordered before February 7th will ship as usual. (Note: It is normal that some products may be delayed in delivery, the specific cut-off dates.👉👉👉Details)
Orders placed on or after February 7th: will be produced and shipped starting February 21-25, when the factory resumes operations.

Products shipping from US/MX/ES: Production will continue as usual at our factories in the US/MX/ES during the holiday period.

Friendly Reminder:
We recommend displaying this notice prominently on your website, as packages may be delayed due to the holiday.

Office Holiday Schedule:
February 14 to February 25: Office hours will be adjusted to holiday mode. For urgent matters, please contact our online customer service.

Customer Service Hours:
January 14 to February 25: Online service from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (GMT+8).

Logistics Information:
Logistics providers will be on holiday from February 15 to February 21, some related inquiries investigation results reply might be delayed.

No downtime indicates the factory has not yet confirmed; updates will be added to the table later.

With the peak shipping season now under way, shipping companies have raised their freight rates for oversize items.
Effective 10 December 2025, the following clocks will carry a revised shipping fee:

The new rate will be shown automatically at checkout—no action is required on your part.
We will review the surcharge quarterly and remove it as soon as carriers revert to standard pricing.

Dear Customers,

With the 2025 Christmas holiday season drawing near, we would like to inform you of our order cut-off times to ensure timely deliveries for your holiday sales. Please review the following schedule and adjust your procurement plans accordingly.

  1. China Factories / Products
    • Standard Shipping: Orders must be placed no later than December 5–6.
    • Express Shipping: Orders must be placed no later than December 11.
  2. USA Factories / Products
    • Orders must be placed no later than December 12–15.
  3. Promoted / Advertised Items
    • If you are currently running promotions or advertisements for any of our products, please reach out to us in advance so we can prepare sufficient inventory and avoid any potential delays.

Kindly note that our factories and offices (including the U.S. facility) will remain online on weekdays throughout the Christmas season and will continue to support your business.

To offset rising peak-season freight costs, all product base prices will increase by $1.40 per unit starting Oct 24st, 2025.

📢❗2025 Chinese National Day Holiday Notice

Dear Customers / Artists,

We sincerely thank you for your continuous support and trust in POPCUSTOMS.

And inform you that our holiday timeframe of the National Day:

1 Production: The factory will be closed from Oct 1st to Oct 3rd with no production. Orders placed before Sep 26th can be shipped by Oct 4th. Some factories will be closed from Oct 1st to Oct 6th. Please click here to view the products handled by these factories.

So orders placed between Sept 26 and Oct 3 will be delayed by 3-6 days. Please note and infrom to your customers!

2 Shipping: Standard shipping will be suspended from Oct 1st to Oct 3th. Normal shipping will resume on Oct 4. Express shipping is closed from October 1st to Oct 6th.

3 Office: Our office team are going to have a holiday from Oct 1st to Oct 8th. (8 days total)

Our customer service team is on duty at fixed times daily, and will check the INQ from time to time during the holiday. But there may still be a delayed response, please wait more a while.

During this period, you can still place orders as usual, and we will process them promptly.
