This feature lets you create templates with your logo. Once applied to designs, all their images are automatically branded—no manual editing needed. It ensures consistent branding and greatly improves efficiency for large design catalogs.
How to Useit
1. From the left-side menu, select “My Designs.” Then, click the “Logo Templates” button in the top right corner to view the templates.
2. Click “Create Logo Template” to start creating your own logo template.
3. Design your logo on the canvas by uploading an image or adding text. When you’re finished, click the “Next” button to proceed.
4. On this page, you can adjust the logo’s position and size on the design rendering. To see how it looks on other designs, click the “Replace rendering” button. Click “Save” when you’re ready.
5. Enter a name for your logo template, then click “Confirm” to save it.
6. Once saved, you’ll be back on the list. Click “Bulk Apply” to quickly apply the logo to multiple designs.
7. Check the designs you want, then click the “Apply” button to apply the logo.
8. Check the design mock-up below. You’ll see the logo has been applied.
This tutorial is for users with programming skills who wish to push orders to POPCUSTOMS via API. Please note that the finished product must first be designed on POPCUSTOMS before proceeding.

Create and Add a POPStandard Store: Begin by creating and adding a POPStandard store within your POPCUSTOMS account.
Go to Store Settings and Obtain API Key: Navigate to the store settings of your newly created POPStandard store. Locate and retrieve the “api_key” and relevant documentation to proceed with the API integration.

A. No Support for Copyrighted Orders
We do not support the fulfillment of orders that involve copyrighted designs or logos. Additionally, we do not encourage users to create or upload copyrighted content on our platform. If we detect a copyrighted order before production, we will notify you to cancel the order and will process a full refund.
B. Responsibility for Undetected Copyrighted Orders
In the event that a copyright-related order is not detected by us and is accidentally processed, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise, such as the package being held by customs. Furthermore, we do not offer refunds or free replacements if your copyright-related order is seized, destroyed, or delayed by customs authorities.
C. Use of Your Own Shipping Account
If you have your own shipping account, we can fulfill and ship copyright-related orders using your shipping account. Please note, however, that using your own shipping account means you are responsible for any potential copyright-related issues, including customs problems, which rests with you.
We kindly ask all customers to respect intellectual property laws and to be mindful of the potential legal risks when placing orders involving copyrighted content. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Use our Edit design feature to update your design in a second at POPCUSTOMS. If the product has synced to your store, make sure that the design has been updated as well in your store.
There are two steps to make it happen,

Go to Dashboard – My Designs to find the design, and click the Edit design icon to edit it as needed.
After editing, please click the Update button to update this design successfully.
Step 2: Update product design in your store
If this design has been synced to your store, the store will be listed and shown up in a pop-up window.
Click the store link in the pop-up to update this design in your store directly so your customers will see and choose the correct design when they purchase in your store.
Click Edit, and scroll down to find the Mockups. Uncheck the old mockups with the previous design, and then check the updated mockups. Finally, click Confirm to update them in your store successfully.
Finally, go to your store to find this product’s listing and check whether the mockups are updated successfully or not.
When you use our POPCOMMERCE service to set up your own store, the domain name will be [your store name].popcustoms.me by default.
To use your own domain name, please go to the domain name service provider in which you purchased the domain name, set up your domain name DNS; Create a CNAME record, the Hostname is @ (try * if @ doesn’t work), and the value is popcustoms.shop

After completing the settings as requested, you can purchase our premium service and then we’ll help activate your store with the new domain name within 24 hours.
Please go to your Shopify store admin page, click Checkout, and scroll down to find the Shipping address and phone number, choose Required. Save the change, that’s all.
We’re using web 3D technology which has some requirements on users’ computers. Here is the troubleshooting guide:

Yes. If you delete your custom mockup template, then the corresponding mockups that have been created and applied to the product will be deleted as well. But the original mockups will be kept.
