Q: How to place an order?
You can place orders only when you sign up for an account in POPCUSTOMS. As a POPCUSTOMS user, you own your dashboard in which you can make orders, check order status, and so on. There are three ways for you to make an order.
① If you have connected your online store to POPCUSTOMS, the order will be synced to our website directly. You will receive an email about your new order, go to pay for your order, and that’s it.
② If your online store can’t connect to POPCUSTOMS yet, you can place the orders manually. You should download your order report from your online store first. Create a custom store on POPCUSTOMS and then upload your order report to place the order manually.
③ You can add items to the shopping cart to place orders if you prefer.
Note: When placing an order, some countries or regions have special requirements for address, phone number, or other information:
HK/TW/MO
HK: Need the recipient’s Chinese name and a valid phone number;
TW/MO: Need the recipient’s Chinese name, a valid phone number, and the ID card number;
If the recipient is a foreigner, then an English name and a passport number are needed.
Need a tax number
CL/BR: A tax Id number is needed for shipment to these two countries.
Need a phone number and there are requirements for the phone number format for your reference,
PL/BG: 9-digit pure numbers;
DK: The beginning of 45 + 8 digits;
NO: the beginning of 4 or 9 + 7 pure numbers; the beginning of 474 + 7 pure numbers; the beginning of 479 + 7 pure numbers;
SE: The beginning of 07 + 8 digits pure numbers / no phone can provide an email address;
FI: the beginning of 358 + 9 pure numbers;
LT: The beginning of 3706 + 7 pure numbers;
LV: The beginning of 3712 + 7 pure numbers;
EE: The beginning of 3725 + 7 pure numbers.
Q: How to cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please go to Dashboard -> Orders to find it and press the Cancel Order button before payment.
Please note: If the order is being produced, it cannot be canceled. You can contact us at business@popcustoms.com to confirm.
Q: How to track an order?
We suggest you use 17 TRACK https://www.17track.net/en to track your orders, you are allowed to choose a shipping carrier like DHL/FEDEX/UPS/USPS/CANADA POST ect., or you can go to the shipping carrier’s official site to track your orders, here is a list for your reference:

Q: How long does normal orders & fulfillment take?
A: Generally, it takes 3-5 business days to produce and fulfill an order. Due to different production techniques of different products, the actual production time shall prevail. For new arrivals, they must take a longer time than expected to be fulfilled, please understand that.
Q: How can I know the tracking number of my order?
When your order is shipped out, please go to Dashboard -> Orders -> Completed and click the order number.
You can copy the tracking number here or click Shipping Tracking to track this package directly.
If your order is not shipped out yet, you can go to Dashboard -> Orders -> In production to find the order number, click the order number, and then you’ll see a tracking number in the lower right corner.
Q: What should I do if I am not satisfied with some functions, services or products quality?

Q: When can I get tracking number after I submit an order?
You can get a tracking number after 24 hours when your order is submitted to us successfully. You can find the tracking number on Dashboard -> Orders -> In production or Completed.
Q: How do I modify the address after an order was submitted?
It is possible to modify the address if the package is not shipped out yet, please contact us at business@popcustoms.com if needed.
If the order has been shipped out, POPCUSTOMS will not cover parcels that are undelivered due to a wrong address being provided because you are responsible for ensuring the recipient’s address is correct.
Q: How can I check the status of an order?
You are able to check the status of your order on your Dashboard page, for example, Pending, Unpaid, In Producing, Partial Shipment, Completed, and Canceled.
