POPCUSTOMS Policy on Copyrighted Designs and Logos

At POPCUSTOMS, we are committed to adhering to copyright laws and ethical business practices. In order to maintain compliance and protect the interests of our customers and business, we have outlined the following guidelines regarding copyright designs and logos:

A. No Support for Copyrighted Orders

We do not support the fulfillment of orders that involve copyrighted designs or logos. Additionally, we do not encourage users to create or upload copyrighted content on our platform. If we detect a copyrighted order before production, we will notify you to cancel the order and will process a full refund.

B. Responsibility for Undetected Copyrighted Orders

In the event that a copyright-related order is not detected by us and is accidentally processed, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise, such as the package being held by customs. Furthermore, we do not offer refunds or free replacements if your copyright-related order is seized, destroyed, or delayed by customs authorities.

C. Use of Your Own Shipping Account

If you have your own shipping account, we can fulfill and ship copyright-related orders using your shipping account. Please note, however, that using your own shipping account means you are responsible for any potential copyright-related issues, including customs problems, which rests with you.

We kindly ask all customers to respect intellectual property laws and to be mindful of the potential legal risks when placing orders involving copyrighted content. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Troubleshooting Guide on POPCUSTOMS’ Design Maker Usage

We’re using web 3D technology which has some requirements on users’ computers. Here is the troubleshooting guide:

1, Please make sure you’re using the latest Google Chrome browser. If it’s the latest one, you won’t see the warning below.

If an upgrade doesn’t work, read on.

2, Please check the other mockups of the product and see if they have the same problem, such as designs not showing up or delays.

If the other mockups work, please report to us with the product URL.

3, Please check the other products and see if they have the same problem.

If it works for the other products, please report to us with the troublesome product URL.

4, Please visit chrome://gpu, and make sure “Rasterization: Hardware accelerated on all pages” and “WebGL: Hardware accelerated”, it’d be better if “WebGL2: Hardware accelerated”. To enable “Rasterization”, please visit “chrome://flags/”, enable “GPU rasterization” and restart the browser.

This is an example of settings that will work with our design maker,

If it’s still not working, please try popcustoms.com with other devices, even an iPad.

Hope you understand.

Bulk Mock-up Generator Troubleshooting

一. Google Chrome ran out of memory while trying to display this webpage

This error occurs when too many products are customized in bulk, exceeding the processing capacity of the average computer. For example, when choose 5 products and upload 5 images, eventually
25 designs will be generated. If each product has two colors, then the user’s computer has to generate hundreds of mockups and then your google chrome browser may crash depending on your hardware. To solve the issue, we’d suggest that you restart the browser first, and reduce the quantity of products and images to try again.

Something important to know:

  2. Background removal will be applied to some of our existing mockups for a better using experience when you create your own custom templates.
  3. We suggest you name the customer mockup templates appropriately for future use.
  4. If there’s anything changed to the branding items, you should edit your mockup template first and then go to Dashboard – Stores – Synced designs to find the product, edit and update the mockups in your store.
  5. The Mockup Templates feature is only applied to your own designs or Design-Plus products, public designs are excluded.

Introduction of different Mockup Templates entrances:

  1. After saving your design, you’ll see a Mockup Templates button at the progress bar.
