设计好的产品如何下载图片数据包？
1、 从用户仪表盘侧边栏依次进入”我的定制库”→”我的设计”，或者点击该链接直接跳转：https://popcustoms.cn/libraries/designs/
2、 勾选所需的产品；
3、 点击上方”下载图片数据包”。
● 数据包为.ZIP压缩包格式，您需要自行解压缩
● 压缩包内包含产品各视图图片和产品信息表格
上传的图片有什么要求？
颜色模式：POPCUSTOMS平台目前支持的图片颜色模式为RGB颜色。
图片格式：支持JPG/PNG/BMP格式的图片。
像素：为了保证打印效果，我们在每个产品的定制页面都标注了建议像素。
● 您也可以上传小于建议像素的图片，但是生产效果将无法得到保证。
● 即便您已上传了符合建议像素的图片，但是过分放大图片依然会导致成品图案模糊，我们会在定制页面上有所提示。
Q: How do I choose the Premium Product Visuals Service for my order?
Go to Dashboard – Orders, click the Details button to change the display way of your orders first. Click the “Unpaid” or “In production” tab and you can find a Premium Product Visuals Service button under every order. Click the button to submit your request. For example,
You are also able to choose this service when you place orders via the shopping cart directly.
After clicking the Premium Product Visuals Service button, you’ll see various visual templates with different aspect ratios from which you can choose. You can also upload your logo image and we’ll add your logo to your videos or photos.
After you pay for this service for your orders, we’ll complete the videos or photos once we fulfill the order and send an email to you. You are able to download the visual resources by clicking the “Go to downloads” button in the email.
