Q: Can different branding options be applied to all products?

Different branding materials can only be applied to some specific products. You can filter and choose the branding materials which can be applied to your products. For example,

1) If you would like to design some branding materials for your shoe orders, you should tick General Brands and Shoes Brands, only these two types of branding materials meet your need.

2) For your other general order except for shoes, you should tick General Brands only and select the branding materials you want from them.

3) As to the Gift card, it suits all general orders.

Q: Can I “Copy” an existing design into another product to avoide design from scratch?

Yes, sure. After you complete a design of one product and save it, stay on the page and click the Products button above to select a new product.

Then you’ll find the original image of your previous design is kept and you get a new product with this same design!

By the way, our Bulk Mock-ups Generator can help you create several products by using different images at once. Try it out!

Q: Will the branding options like shoebox, hang tags sync to my store?

All branding materials like shoeboxes, hang tags and the coming packaging, and gift cards will not sync to your online store as commodities. They can only be purchased and shipped with your orders. However, you can choose to show the mock-ups of your branding options in your storefront when you use the Publish button to sync products.

Q: What about stock and handling fees for your warehouse service?

To support your brand business, we don’t charge stock and handling fees so far. Any changes will let you know in the future.

Q: Where to find my synced designs and edit them?

Go to Dashboard -> Stores to find your connected store first and then click Synced designs to find the design to edit. Let’s take Shopify as an example,

Click the button Edit on ShopifyApp or the button Edit to edit the product’s information.

Note: All changes will be updated in your store.
