3. Eligible Refund Conditions
Users may request a refund when using the above templates under the following circumstances:

- Output significantly deviates from expected results
- Generated result does not match the core function of the selected template
- Subject (e.g., person or pet) cannot be properly recognized
- Obvious defects such as distortion or missing key elements
System or Model Errors
- Repeated generation failures
- Failure to generate images
- System errors resulting in unusable outputs
Billing Issues
- Duplicate charges or abnormal billing
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Poor results caused by user-uploaded materials (e.g., low quality, obstruction, improper angles)
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preference or aesthetic judgment

- Images generated in free mode
