The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued new regulatory requirements regarding T86 clearance, effective October 3rd, 2024 (refer to the official notice: CBP Bulletin). To ensure compliance, all goods sent to or transiting through the US must provide the following information to avoid potential customs holds:

• Consignee Email
• Consignee Phone Number

Starting from October 1st, 2024, we will mark the Recipient’s Email and Phone Number as Required Fields. Please be informed.

These fields are required; otherwise, the order will fail to process. Please pay attention to any messages from us.

Please note that this is an international requirement. Please follow and make adjustment to your Stores /Shops.

Please kindly be aware that if there are any delivery issues, such as the package not reaching the recipient due to an incorrect phone number, we may not be able to take responsibility for the outcome.
