  意即如果您创建订单时候物流渠道选择递四方,不论何种原因导致派送失败,快件将被直接退回,无法提供重派服务,请您知悉。

📢Notice on Production and Shipment for Tomb-Sweeping Day Holiday.

Dear Customers and Partners,

We extend our gratitude for your ongoing support and trust in POPCUSTOMS.

Please be advised of our holiday schedule for the Tomb-Sweeping Day:

We are on vacation from April 4th to April 6th. During this time, our customer service team will be on duty 24 hours, but there may be delays in response times. Your patience is appreciated!

Orders can still be placed as usual, and we will process them on time.

Please note that our factory and shipping partners will also observe the holiday from April 4th to April 6th. Orders placed between March 30th and April 7th may experience delays of 2-3 days.

Rest assured, we will provide tracking numbers promptly upon request for order verification.

📢❗IMPORTANT UPDATE: Pre-Holiday Production Schedule Changes

Dear Customers / Partners,

We are sorry to inform you that due to the CNY holiday, some of our products will not be fulfilled as originally planned.
Only BAGS products can still be fulfilled until February 3.

Orders placed by January 31 (except hats) will be shipped by February 7th.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by orders placed after this date.
