1.  Simplified Pricing Display for US Orders

Product prices will be simplified and displayed as a single price that includes shipping cost (to the US), streamlining the calculation process. No action required on your existing pricing and shipping settings.

For non-US markets: Your existing pricing and shipping settings will remain the same, so no changes are needed.

2. Streamlined Bulk Order Process

We’ll now display single-unit pricing by default. Special discounts apply for:

✓ 10+ units: contact us for Tier 2-6 pricing

✓ 30+ items per order: Reach out to bulkorder@popcustoms.com for a discount

✓ Orders over $300 in product cost: Request a custom discount by emailing bulkorder@popcustoms.com

As the Chinese New Year approaches, please note the following important details regarding order fulfillment and customer service:

Order Cut-off and Shipping:

  • Orders placed on or after January 19: Production and shipping will resume from February 3-6, once our factory reopens.

  • January 27 to February 5: Our office will operate in holiday mode. For urgent matters, please reach out to our online customer service team.

  • January 27 to February 7: Our online service will be available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (GMT+8).

Shipping Information:

  • Shipping Providers: Will be on holiday from January 25 to February 5. Some shipping-related inquiries may experience delayed responses.

📢❗Important Holiday Shipping and Rate Update

As the holiday season approaches, we want to help you plan ahead for your orders.

Shipping Cut-Off Dates for Christmas and New Year:

Christmas:

  • Standard Shipping: Place orders by December 7th
  • Express Shipping: Place orders by December 15th

New Year:

  • Standard Shipping: Place orders by December 12th
  • Express Shipping: Place orders by December 20th

Please note that our production schedules will remain unaffected during the Christmas and New Year periods. Your orders will be fulfilled promptly as usual.

Q4 Shipping Rate Adjustment:
Due to increased demand during the peak season, shipping companies have raised their shipping fees. Starting November 24th, shipping costs for all products on our website will increase by $2.2–$3.8, depending on the weight.

We suggest you to review the updated rates and adjust your store pricing accordingly to maintain your profit margins.
