Q: I usually have my order shipped to my customers directly. Do you provide drop shipping services?
Yes, we provide both warehouse and drop shipping services for our sellers to choose from.
Q: Any extra fees?
Usually, you have to pay storage fees and handling fees. However, we don’t charge an additional surcharge except for the product and shipping costs to support your brand business.
Q: Do you ship to the United States or outside Canada?
Yes, you can check our shipping zones here.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone with a customer service agent?
No. Our customer service agents cannot place an order on your behalf. Please click the how-to guide to place it by yourself.

Q: What about stock and handling fees for your warehouse service?
To support your brand business, we don’t charge stock and handling fees so far. Any changes will let you know in the future.
Q: Can I return inventory products?
Nope. However, if your inventory products have quality issues, we’ll provide a replacement or refund for free. Any questions, please contact us at warehouse@popcustoms.com.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Once your inventory order is submitted, you can’t modify the information about products.
Q: How long will my inventory order take to be fulfilled?
Since we don’t know the quantity and types of your warehouse order until you place it, we can’t give an estimated fulfillment time for your reference. However, you’ll receive an email from us once we complete it.
Q: What if my warehouse order is done but my online store is temporarily closed?
If your online store is temporarily closed, you can store your inventory order in our warehouse. If you have a local warehouse, we can also ship it to your local warehouse address if needed.
