积分获取攻略说明

 

一、新手操作任务

 

1、首次注册并激活账户

导航栏右上角点击”sign in”,根据提示填写注册信息通过审核并成功激活邮箱,完成账号注册,即可获得10积分。

2、首次创建设计

完成注册的用户,后台点击”create”,选择心仪的产品,根据提示创建设计,并成功保存,可获得10积分。

3、关联你的店铺

用户后台点击”STORE”,选择对应的平台,按操作提示,一键绑定店铺,即可快速对销售订单进行导入导出,完成的用户获得10积分。

4、首次下单

挑选心仪的产品加入购物车,结算购物车的产品,并完成付款流程,获得10积分操作奖励。

 

5、首次充值

平台支持银行卡转账、微信、支付宝充值,新用户首次完成充值任务,即可获得10积分操作奖励。

完成全部新手任务,可获得50积分奖励!每个邮箱/手机号码用户仅限一次。

积分可累积,用于兑换平台的优惠券、折扣券等福利。

 

 

二、日常操作任务

 

1、签到奖励

我们为您设置了有趣的签到积分奖励,每日签到获得1积分,连续签到10日当天可获得20积分,快来挑战一下吧。

 

2、充值奖励

单笔每充值1000元可积累10积分,充值越多,积分累积越多。

 

3、交易奖励

每完成一笔交易,根据实际交易金额可获得1000:1等比例积分奖励(例:完成5000元交易额,可获得5积分;完成10000元交易额,可获得10积分。)

设计好的产品如何下载图片数据包?

1、   从用户仪表盘侧边栏依次进入”我的定制库”→”我的设计”,或者点击该链接直接跳转:https://popcustoms.cn/libraries/designs/

2、   勾选所需的产品;

3、   点击上方”下载图片数据包”。

● 数据包为.ZIP压缩包格式,您需要自行解压缩

● 压缩包内包含产品各视图图片和产品信息表格

上传的图片有什么要求?

颜色模式:POPCUSTOMS平台目前支持的图片颜色模式为RGB颜色。

图片格式:支持JPG/PNG/BMP格式的图片。

像素:为了保证打印效果,我们在每个产品的定制页面都标注了建议像素。

● 您也可以上传小于建议像素的图片,但是生产效果将无法得到保证。

● 即便您已上传了符合建议像素的图片,但是过分放大图片依然会导致成品图案模糊,我们会在定制页面上有所提示。

As the Chinese New Year approaches, please note the following important details regarding order fulfillment and customer service:

Order Cut-off and Shipping:

  • Orders paid before January 19: We will make every effort to ship these orders before the holiday. However, some products may experience delays. For specific cut-off dates for each product, please visit the product details page of the respective items. (The specific cut-off dates.👉👉👉Details)
  • Orders placed on or after January 19: Production and shipping will resume from February 3-6, once our factory reopens.

  • January 27 to February 5: Our office will operate in holiday mode. For urgent matters, please reach out to our online customer service team.

Shipping Information:

We are pleased to inform you that Orders Ship to Canada will start shipping this week. Please ask your customers to pay more attention to the Phone Call/ Front Door / Delivery Status.

Please note:
1: Returned Canada Orders will be shipped out today/ tomorrow.
2: Hold on Canada Orders will be produced and shipped out as usual.
3: If any Canada Orders is affected by delays caused by the Canada Post strike ask for a Refund , please inform us ASAP and we’ll refund the shipping costs. (preferably within this week)

Additionally, please be aware that our New Year’s holiday will be just one day, and it will not have a significant impact on our order fulfillment process. You can still place orders as usual.
