From July 27th to July 30th our factory location experienced a typhoon.
This typhoon caused a power outage.
The government also notified all factories and office workers not to go to work.
As a result, all factories and shipping companies were unable to work normally. We apologize for this.
During this period, production and shippment may be delayed by 3-5 days, ans the delay caused by this typhoon will not be covered by our fulfillment guarantee.

July 1 – July 5, 2023 local time in the United States is the Fourth of July.
Please note that during the holiday period, all shipments are subject to extended statute of limitations calculations.
Recently it was reported that due to the impasse in contract negotiations between UPS and its union, Teamsters, the union has now voted overwhelmingly 97% to approve the strike.
While the vote does not mean that a strike will necessarily occur, it gives labor leaders the right to call a strike. If no agreement is reached on the labor contract by July 31, 2023, when the current labor contract expires, the Teamsters union side will authorize a nationwide strike by 340,000 UPS employees starting Aug. 1,2023. If this strike breaks out, it will place a heavy burden on the post office and express transportation.

① Currently, among the POPCUSTOMS shipping methods, we recommend 4PX, which is faster and cheaper among the standard shipping options and is comparable to YUN in terms of popularity.
② About orders synced to POPCUSTOMS, the default shipping method will also be changed to 4PX.
— This means that every time your store orders are synced to POPCUSTOMS, if you do not want to use 4PX, you have to manually modify the shipping method. Please be aware of this.
