We are sorry to inform you that we have had to temporarily discontinue production of our Embroider-on-Demand (EOD) and POD+EOD products because of the failure to achieve the perfectly desired embroidery effect and necessary design adjustments.
Existing products that have already been synced to your store from our website can still be ordered and we will fulfill your orders as usual. However, please note that you can not create or redesign new embroidery products.
We’re enhancing our embroidery production mode as —CUSTOMIZE & Personalization “Name /Logo” style for your better business promotion and sales, updating in a month.
Temporarily discontinued EOD products(Will be back in a month)
In addition, some shoes and car accessories products will be temporarily discontinued in 2 weeks due to material shortages and production quality concerns. We appreciate your understanding and please plan ahead if you have orders.

Both our team and the factories are going to have a holiday from February 9th to February 17th.
Orders placed from February 5th to February 17th will be delayed because of the 3-7 business days production time.
During this period of time , you can place orders (send order files) as normal, our customer service team will be on duty (you can call us if urgent things). We will arrange it so that your orders can be produced immediately when the factory starts working.

As the Chinese New Year approaches, we would like to inform you of an important update regarding our production. In preparation for the festivities, some of our manufacturing partners will be temporarily closing their plants starting January 6th.
